Welcome to Luccombe Holidays where you can stay in our comfortable and well equipped farm holiday cottages in the heart of the Dorset countryside. Situated in a private hidden valley, ¾ mile from the main road with breath-taking views over the rolling countryside, Luccombe is a secluded, beautiful and peaceful setting ideal for families, friends, couples and individuals of all ages.

Our cottages are all graded 4 stars by Visit England and include the use of the private, Indoor leisure complex as well as indoor and outdoor play areas, such as the Games Room, Children’s Playground, Ping Pong, Fairy & Elf door hunt, Tennis Court and Garden Games (including croquet, jenga, giant chess set, swing ball, boules and badmington).
Children can visit all of our friendly Animals including donkeys, ducks, sheep, goats and chickens.
There is plenty here to help you relax – our onsite holistic Therapist and Yoga teacher, Saira, offers massages and a variety of other treatments, right on your doorstep – whilst your children discover the adventure of meeting and playing with new friends. Enjoy the sauna, indoor swimming pool or just hide away in one of our many secluded spots designed for you to enjoy the quiet surroundings.
Our cottages are set in 650 acres of beautiful rolling downland. We are a traditional family farm with nature and wildlife in abundance. There are beautiful walks in every direction including the Dorset Jubilee Trail which runs through the farm.
We have 9 cottages that sleep 2-7, all of which are situated around the gardens with plenty of outside space and seating areas. We have designed each one with thought and care to provide everything you may need for your holiday including bathroom towels, a welcome tray and a starter pack of toiletries. The kitchens are fully equipped and there is fast reliable WiFi in every cottage.
For families with young children we can provide cots, highchairs, stair-gates, toddler toilet seats, baby baths and other items.

Milton Abbas is a charming historic thatched village within walking distance. Here you can find the 15th Century Milton Abbey, a post office, the fantastic farm shop, Steeptonbill, the lovely Tea Clipper Tea Rooms as well as an excellent family friendly pub serving gourmet meals, The Hambro Arms.
A ten minute drive away you will find Blandford Forum, a small Georgian town on the banks of the River Stour. With stunning architecture, a variety of cafes, coffee shops, pubs and a wonderful market place, Blandford is also home to one of Dorset’s breweries – Hall & Woodhouse (famous for the award winning Badger beers).
Also nearby is Dorchester, world famous for its strong connection with the writer and poet Thomas Hardy. Here you can find excellent shopping facilities, restaurants, cafes, bars and bistros, museums, glorious gardens and river walks. En route to Dorset’s county town you will pass the Langham Wine Estate. With views of the vineyard and winery, it’s the perfect place to taste their award winning wines, have a bite to eat or enjoy a lazy afternoon cream tea.
We are based in the center of Dorset with an abundance of activities to do locally and it’s only 20 miles to the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site where you can find some breath-taking scenery, beautiful beaches, fantastic walks and even go on a fossil hunt.
